I hope you are all well and safe. It was lovely to see some faces yesterday, hoping to see some more today. Well done to all the children that worked so hard yesterday. I was amazed with how many photos I had of children doing their work. I deeply appreciate the dedication that parents have to make sure children carry on with their learning during the isolation time.
So for today, I will do a short Phonics lesson at 10 AM, but in case you can’t join us, I have attached the Powerpoint for the lesson and the corresponding Activity Sheet. All that the children need to do is use the photos on the sheet and write the words on a piece of paper. You can print the sheet, if you have a printer, but you don’t have to.
Maths – Compare objects- Children to watch the video, and then answer the questions on the sheet. Same they can just use a piece of paper.
Spellings – Can children copy each word at least 3 times?
Topic – To research information about Africa and create a fact file similar to the one attached. If you can print the sheet, children can write on that one,
Children can log onto PURPLEMASH as I have assigned a few activities they can do. I’ve already had work submitted by some children, so well done.
Thank you for your support and hard work.
